Shipping policy
SHIPPING, DELIVERY, RISK OF LOSS & ACCEPTANCE
a) Shipping & Freight. Shipping and freight quotes are estimates and may change due to carrier surcharges, access constraints, or weight/size verification. Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for any additional accessorial fees (e.g., liftgate, inside delivery, stairs, limited access, redelivery, storage).
b) Inspection on Arrival. You must inspect items at delivery and note any visible freight damage or shortage on the carrier’s paperwork before signing. Failure to do so may limit any remedy with the carrier.
c) Risk of Loss. Title and risk of loss transfer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB shipping point) or upon delivery/installation by our team, as applicable.
d) On-Site Acceptance. For deliveries/installs performed by us, acceptance occurs when items are placed and approved on site. Final balances are due at that time. Any post-visit adjustments are scheduled after payment in full.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Final Sale. Due to the nature of vintage/antique items, custom fabrication, natural stone variation, and live plants, all sales are final unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing prior to purchase. If an exception is granted, restocking fees, two-way freight, and repair costs may apply. Custom orders and deposits are non-refundable.
Chargebacks used to circumvent these Terms may be contested with documentation of approval, delivery, and acceptance.
